Information is useful. Shop confirmation still matters.
Using this website does not create an appointment, repair authorization, inspection result, estimate, warranty or MPI coverage decision.
Website purpose
This site explains Standard Repair service pathways and helps a visitor prepare for a conversation. Content is general information and may not describe the correct diagnosis, procedure, vehicle eligibility or legal requirement for a particular file.
Requests are not bookings
The guided flow can open a prepared message in the visitor's own email application or copy the request summary. The website itself does not store or submit the form. An appointment exists only after shop staff receive the message and confirm the vehicle, service, time and any intake conditions.
VIN suggestions and recall information
The optional VIN tool uses the United States National Highway Traffic Safety Administration vPIC identification service. A returned vehicle is a candidate for review, not confirmation of an exact build, equipment, parts fitment, ownership or vehicle history. Check the suggested year, make, model and vehicle type before continuing. Manual entry remains available.
The Canadian recall indicator is a courtesy comparison using the accepted year, make and model. A possible match does not confirm that a particular VIN is affected or that a repair remains outstanding. A search with no matching campaigns is not a safety clearance. Check the official Transport Canada recall database and confirm VIN specific status with the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.
Inspection and MPI boundaries
- A Manitoba Certificate of Inspection has a regulated safety scope and is not a complete mechanical condition guarantee.
- Vehicle class, manufacturer GVWR, use and the station permit determine whether a requested inspection can be accepted.
- MPI determines claim coverage and authorization. Standard does not promise Direct Repair handling.
- Four wheel alignment measurements do not replace structural inspection or a Body Integrity Inspection Certificate.
Estimates, diagnosis and parts
Prices, time and parts availability are confirmed for the specific vehicle and authorized scope. Diagnosis may be a separate service. Added findings, seized hardware, previous modifications, programming or missing components can require a revised estimate and separate approval.
